Insignis strives to upgrade with latest pedagogy and helps the staff for the continuous learning process through workshops, in house training and also getting the aspiring teachers enrolled into different professional courses.

We are first friends and then teachers. Every class has two teachers and a caretaker who are qualified and trained in their respective fields and are friendly and compassionate. We prefer teachers to be facilitators and not merely as instructors.

The areas of learning need not be the four walls of classroom but all the places where the child can explore. We encourage the child to be a self learner. We maintain the most compatible teacher – student ratio which enables individual nurturing as well as unique and dynamic lesson plans. 

We believe parents and educators are the equal stake holders in the holistic development of the child and we need to work in sync with each other in this regard. Our school organizes parenting workshops, invite parents as resource person and also involve them in few classroom activities or assembly presentations.

We believe in maintaining transparency with the parents in any matter pertaining to the child. Communication plays a vital role in bringing the school and family together. All the updates of the classroom activities are sent through our customized app and a monthly newsletter is sent by mail. Parents’ queries are responded at the earliest. Almanac serves as the hard copy communication for any important note to be sent. The admin staff is always available on call during office timings.
