Student life is the phase where the understanding of competition begins. This needs to grow in a healthy environment instilling qualities of participating, appreciating, encouraging, team spirit, acceptance of failure, competing with oneself, exploring opportunities and much more. This academic year began with a set of competitions for grades 1 – 8 allowing them to hone their speaking skills.
All the competitions are conducted in two rounds i.e Preliminary round and Finale. It is mandatory for all students to participate in the preliminary round. The selected participants compete at the finale in front of the judges invited from our parent fraternity.
Students of grades 1 – 5 narrated beautiful stories at the finale held on 14 and 15 July, 2023. Students decked up their narration of stories with lovely appropriate props to enhance the story telling time.
Grade 6 -8 competed at the Just – A – Minute session showcasing their spontaneity and expertise in beading the content with proper organisation, modulation and confidence. Judges were overwhelmed with the presentations made by all age groups. Appreciation poured in for our Insigniites as the judges spent their time listening to their narrations.
